I don’t know what is wrong with me, but every night I get
super energized at bed time. I can’t
help it. Whenever I lay down to go to
bed, I feel like I should go out and run a marathon. I’ve been like this for as long as I can
remember. I can be struggling to keep my
eyes open one minute and as soon as I lay down I have so much energy. Every night, I have to get up and walk around
my bedroom until I’m tired again. It
takes about a half hour of walking for me to settle down. It’s weird.
Anyways, I found stretches on Pinterest that are supposed to
help you sleep better. I figure I should
give them a try. The website recommended
eight stretches to reduce stress. Let me
tell you—it worked.
I only had to walk 15 minutes after doing those
stretches. I felt so relaxed and
centered. I feel right asleep and I stayed
asleep.
It was great. Maybe I
should take up yoga.
