I found this workout plan on Pinterest. I have tried workouts that I found on Pinterest before, but they never seem to work as well as they say they will. Or, I'll get bored and forget about it. This time, I hope that I can do it for more than a week or two.
Anyways, this is what I have decided to change my work
out plan to. I’m going to try it for a while and maybe tweak a few things to
make it work for me.
I’m pretty excited about
it. Plus, she included print outs to
keep track of progress during the workouts.
I’m starting this today, so wish me luck!
